1. Who we are

This website is operated by AEQUORO, Mavroleontos 10, 166 71 Athens, Greece (order@aequoro.com). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The pieces

Every piece is made to order in 18kt yellow gold and finished by hand, so small variations in finish and weight are part of the piece. Weights and dimensions on this website are approximate. Images show the design and may differ slightly from the finished piece.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout, before you pay. You pay when you place your order.

4. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot make a piece, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy.

6. Returns and your right to withdraw

Your right to withdraw is described in our Return and refund policy. Engraved or otherwise personalised pieces cannot be returned.

7. Guarantee

Your statutory rights, including the two-year legal guarantee of conformity, apply in full.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to comply with these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

The AEQUORO name, the Two Equals mark, and all images and text on this website belong to AEQUORO.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. You may refer a dispute to the Consumer Ombudsman of Greece or to the competent courts.
