Refund policy

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To withdraw, write to order@aequoro.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will reply with the return address.

Please send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging, tracked and insured for its full value. The cost of returning the piece is yours, unless it is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

We refund the full price, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the piece, or proof that you have sent it.

Exceptions

Engraved or otherwise personalised pieces cannot be returned, as they are made to your specification.

Pieces should come back unworn and undamaged. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine the piece.

Faulty pieces

Every piece is covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If something is wrong, write to us with a photograph. You are entitled to have the piece repaired or replaced free of charge or, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
