Shipping policy

Every AEQUORO piece is made to order, so each order has two stages: making, then delivery.

Making

Your piece is made after you order. We confirm the estimated dispatch date by email once your order is placed.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the European Union. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Shipments are tracked and insured.

Duties and VAT

Prices include VAT. There are no additional import duties on deliveries within the European Union.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please do not accept it, and write to order@aequoro.com the same day.
